His career began with renowned luxury brands including Hilton, Four Seasons-Regent, Shangri-La, Banyan Tree, where he played key roles in talent development, pre-opening management, and cross-cultural team leadership.
He later advanced to senior corporate roles such as Group HR and Operations Director for leading resort portfolios and Vice President of Human Resources at Burniraya Group (Mining & Plantation), overseeing transformation across multiple business units. Combining deep hospitality insight with strategic HR expertise, Hendy specializes in building high-performance cultures, driving organizational change, and elevating service excellence standards across Asia.

Having begun his career with Hotel Borobudur Intercontinental Jakarta and later serving in leadership roles at the Trisakti Institute of Tourism, he has been instrumental in shaping Indonesia's hospitality education and standards.
As Vice President for Marketing and Partnership at Trisakti, he forged strategic collaborations and strengthened industry linkages across the tourism ecosystem. A certified Master Assessor and long-standing consultant to the Ministry of Tourism, Ismeth has led numerous hotel setup, training, and quality standardization projects nationwide. Junaedi is an accomplished educator and learning development specialist with over three decades of experience in tourism, hospitality, and education. He began his professional journey in the hotel industry as Training & Development Manager at Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta, where he established robust learning systems to enhance service performance and staff capability.
Transitioning into academia, he served for nearly three decades as a senior lecturer and researcher at the Trisakti School of Tourism and later at Podomomo University, focusing on hospitality management, education, and organizational learning. A specialist in curriculum design, instructional development, and talent upskilling, Junaedy has contributed to numerous training and educational reform projects across Indonesia. His blend of hotel operations experience and academic expertise brings strategic depth to human capital and service excellence initiatives.
